The Middle Spoon is now offering their amazing bottled cocktails in a subscription package. Enjoy huge savings and a different cocktail every week! Our subscriptions give you a 500ml bottle of a weekly limited edition cocktail (equals approximately 4 cocktails, two ounces of alcohol each, eight ounces of alcohol total, that you would be served instore) and gives you up to 39% savings off the retail price that will be charged for these bottled cocktails online. I understand and agree with the following:

Must be 19+ years of age. Valid ID required for every pickup or delivery.

Monthly subscription is for four (4) 500ml bottles of cocktails. Cocktails are available for pickup or delivery every Thursday. This excludes months that have five (5) Thursdays. In these instances the fifth Thursday of the month will not have a cocktail.

Annual commitment is for forty-eight (48) 500ml bottled cocktails over the course of the year. Annual commitment may be cancelled at any time. If early cancellation is requested by the customer an early cancellation fee will be applied. This fee is calculated by taking the difference in price of annual vs. monthly commitment for months used. Example- annual commitment is priced at $85/mth. Monthly commitment is priced at $100/mth. Customer cancels their annual commitment after two months. $100-$85=$15 x 2 months= $30 fee.

All subscriptions will be paid on the 1st of the month. Monthly commitment will auto renew unless an email is sent to Lacey@themiddlespoon.ca requesting the subscription be cancelled before the 20th of previous month.
